Information you give us

When you call, WhatsApp or email us, or use the quote form, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, area and details and photos of the job. We use this only to reply to you, give you a price and carry out the work.

The quote form on this site doesn't store anything. It simply opens WhatsApp with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or job, and for any records we're required to keep by law.

Cookies and other services

This website doesn't set its own cookies or use tracking. The contact page shows a Google Map, and the site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may collect information such as your IP address when these load, under Google's privacy policy. WhatsApp messages are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing wlwasteremovals@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
